    I hate greedy, monopolitic businesses ... they only thrive with a lack of competition. Notice a few years back when they were forced to compete fairly they went into the red.

    But we had no brownouts and power was much cheaper.

    As to whether it's wise for a utility company with no competitors in terms of electrical distribution to actually spend any money at all on marketing? Consider the millions upon millions spent by various government agencies touting their accomplishments and praising PGMA...

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
