    Hi All!

This happened to me late last year.

I got scammed by people from Utah.

They claimed to help me design an online store and provide me with all the support that I would need.

After I gave my payment, I saw that what they were preaching before and what they were doing were two very different things.

They were just adding to my costs with no real benefits.

After doing futher research on them, I found out that they really do scam people and are banned in a lot of states in the US and in several countries world wide.

I spent a small fortune (practically all my financial reserve) and have nothing to show for it.

I asked for my money back but they kept giving me BS.

    Eventually, they stopped all communication.

What makes it worse is that a few weeks later, they maxxed out the two credit cards I gave them for financial reference.

I asked the bank to stop the transaction and reverse the charges but they only said that they have already forwarded the funds to these crooks and that they can no longer do anything about it.

The bank told me that it is now MY job to go after them.

    It really sucks.

I did a project sa Cavite, building house on a turn-key basis (payment will only be made upon completion of the housing units).. A friend who were looking for an oppurtunity to earn asked if he could join me sa project na to, I oblidged and he invested a sum of money, agreement is 50-50 kami sa earnings ng project.

Then disaster struck... the project owner had their financial woes and we were not paid.. my partner then chase me and demanded that i return his puhunan.... my lawyer friends told me na wala siyang habol dun, since joint venture kami.. hati sa kita.. hati sa lugi...

But in the end, i returned every single cent my partner invested.... now.. siya ang di makatingin sa akin.. na-realize siguro niya na mali siya sa ginawa niya.. and I receovered from that temporary setback.. and now my biz is doing great.

Kampante ako kasi lakas eh may trabaho ako regular job.

    Naloko oo--

I went into a resto business with my former tutor as a partner, as in bata pa ko tutor ko na sha sa school.
