so using those figure, around 300 lang ang bibili per day? Does that include the hours of operation in the computation?

    Recto Daily Average
    Entry - 45792
    Exit - 43169

Citing this example, should I add the numbers and multiply it to .0035? and that's the most conservative capture rate?

Dont just rely on data thats on the web. Actual data is more accurate than projections data.

Yes, I also asked some stores.

For me mataas ang renta sobra for a small stall. Magkano ba margin mo per 4pc siomai?

    Hi! Below is the computation:

    Daily Traffic Count

If salo mo yung entry and exit: 8,961 total daily population [entry + exit]

8,961 x 0.0035 = 31 potential customers pay day (this is very conservative)

Do other computations, label them as most likely scenario hanggang very positive.

Then compute the gross sales. It's 31 customers per day x selling price (if very conservative).

    Below is your proforma PnL

Gross Sales 31 x selling price
Less: Cost of Goods 31 x cost of goods
    Total Net Sales
    Less:
    Rent
    Manpower
    Utilities
    Marketing fees
    Royalties
    Total Expenses
Net Sales Total Sales Less Expenses

Do the same for the other scenarios; most likely to very positive.

to break even, the store would have to sell at least 70 orders a day. I'm looking positively at hitting 200 orders/day which I think is feasible due to the high foot traffic.
i forgot to ask my street gourmet.
    pm kita pag na-tanong ko.

Kung siomai ito, I think either of the two leading siomai ok naman.

Crowd - Kung students or office people ang madalas na commuter mo, papatok ang siomai yung mga on the go food.

Location - just like sa Blumentritt, marami tao pero unti bumibili.

Hi Good day! I'm just wondering, is this business still ongoing?
