You need to cancel your order and buy it again.
Gusto ko din palitan address dati, I bought a very big item, default delivery address ko is my office. Para sa bahay yang binili ko, forgot to change the delivery address. Para sana hindi na ako ang magtransport from office to bahay.
Talked to the seller and yan ang advice nya, to cancel and then order again.Signature

Had a string of bad luck this week. Had to return 3 broken or defective items. Not sure if these guys check the items before shipping or if they got broken in transit.

Update lang pala dito.. Yung return ko hindi na pick up sa bahay. Tumagal ang package waiting for pick up ang ending sa LBC ko din dinala.
Ayaw ko sana kasi magpunta LBC dahil sobra haba ng pila (gawa ng orders sa Taytay Tiangge, walang social distancing), ayun naman pala kapag Lazada Return walang pila - madali lang pala!!
Good news naman.. Kahit July ko pa na-purchase (lagpas na sa deadline), na-refund naman ang complete amount nung September [emoji28].
Kasabay nyan, may dalawa pa akong order sa Lazada both failed din, dalawang magkaibang issue naman (minsan lang ako umorder sa Lazada walang naging successful, saklap).
Pero kung i-rate ko Customer Service ni Lazada - I"ll give a perfect score. Very good sila!! Well-adjusted sa new normal with excellent customer support!! magaling mag hire ng tao!!
