On my last chat, i was so fed up, that i filed a complaint already with DTI, felt so cheated, dont know if that helped and someone contacted me the following day with the credit amount to my lazada wallet.

after nitong last problem, nawalan na ko ng gana mag order, so maybe cure na din, as i was spending a lot kahit not needed items, naging stress reliever lang ang pag order, so in a way, hapi na din, addiction cured

Thank you Sir.. Actually, hindi ko pa sila kinu-contact uli sa Return ko.. Nakaka-stress this week ang work ko.. Mina-manage ko yung amount lang na stress na ipa-process ko for the day.. Hahahahahaha [emoji23] or else baka mag-sungit ako sa Lazada agent na makaka-usap ko kapag hindi sumakto sa expectation ko yung sasabihin nila.. Pero sana wag nila i-forfeit.. [emoji120] Good info, I will consider reporting them sa DTI pala kapag ni-forfeit nila return na pinangako nila i-pick up. Mayroon naman ako recorded call pati call log na nagreflect ang Lazada hotline number.

Does Lazada deliver on Sundays? Need to run to the grocery baka biglang dumating. They're not allowed inside our village during MECQ (unless food delivery), hanggang guardhouse lang and walang ibang makakapunta samin but me and COD yung payment method ko.

I don't think they deliver on Sundays. Malapit lang kami sa hub kaya our deliveries usually arrive before lunch pero I haven't had a Sunday delivery this year.
