Saklap nga, no time na ako para lumabas.. Di ko din alam kung saan banda LBC na malapit.. Sa office ko kasi dati, halos katabi lang LBC hindi hassle..
Pero natuwa ako sa nadiscover ko, may auto record pala ng call yung phone ko.. Meron akong record nung call with Lazada Agent (not the seller).
Yep, itawag ko ulit sa Lazada yung Return concern ko.. Para clear na din kahit meron akong proof..

Received a message that my items are out for delivery today. Felt like two weeks but today's the 9th day. Ordered the items last July 19. Sana tama lahat ng orders.

Orders starting July 22 may be delayed in terms of delivery. Scanning devices of Drop-off Points (DOPs) are being updated supposedly July 23-24 but unfortunately major number of DOPs are still not able to receive parcels until now. Lazmalls and sellers with pickup services are not affected.

Sa case ko w/ seller & lbc, may problem. Received defective item ng june 23, contacted seller, tapos agreed na replacement after returning item. so the process was to drop item sa lbc, using lazada's app/process, including printing of label/bar code for lbc. June 24, dropped off sa lbc, june 30 sa status ni lbc, tried delivery pero may note na moved to unknown address. til now (July 28) nasa lbc pa din ang item(more than a month). tried contacting lazada about it, maybe 6-8 times, each time promising for an update within 48hrs, pero wala, maliban nung 1st attempt cguro, ordered xiaomi air pump from allucky. seller will not refund item until they get the unit, which will never happen as lbc reported that seller moved to unknown address. on my last chat with lazada \last week, somebody actually called me up; they gave me the amount in lazada wallet for the trouble while waiting for the refund, so if refund pushes thru, i'll get double the value. BUT IT IS NOT TOTALLY WORTH THE EFFORT and TIME. Was upset the whole day everytime i contact lazada. On my last chat, i was so fed up, that i filed a complaint already with DTI, felt so cheated, dont know if that helped and someone contacted me the following day with the credit amount to my lazada wallet.
sobrang hassle ang return nila, considering na sobrang haba at init ng pila sa nearest lbc branch ko, that i dont plan to visit them anytime soon, kahit dun sa un-delivered item defective item na return ko. yung naunang return ko, a year ago, maliit lang ang item (100+/-) value lang, wrong item, they creditted agad the amount, and was told to keep the item.
after nitong last problem, nawalan na ko ng gana mag order, so maybe cure na din, as i was spending a lot kahit not needed items, naging stress reliever lang ang pag order, so in a way, hapi na din, addiction cured
subjective talaga. for me the stonic still looks ok especially the ones with updated KIA logo. even...
