From my experience in 11.11 and 12.12. If you want your item to arrive sooner pay it by COD, never by your lazada wallet or credit card.
I received 5 of my overseas COD purchases on time much earlier than the items I bought locally and paid by card.
And the delivery/courier can even send your item back to seller without even trying to deliver it, they are not collecting anything because its prepaid. You file a complaint and a BOT will answer your complaints. SO AVOID PAYING LAZADA BY CARD/WALLET, USE COD, IF THEY DIDNT DELIVER, ITS THEIR LOSS.

The item I ordered last Saturday on CNY sale, ngayon lang nag reply yung merchant, exactly after 1 week, galing CNY vacation pala. Lesson learned, never order an item from China on CNY.
