Was the cable sold by lazada or by a 3rd party? Baka yung 3rd party seller ang rumaraket na iniikot lang ang defective cable?
Return policy is really like that. Amazon US would require you to return an item in its own box and send thru the nearest UPS store.

Ahh right. I think it was from a 3rd party seller. Nabadtrip lang ako na kahit ung 3rd party seller eh hindi man lang nagcheck na same item ang binalik nila sakin. Haha! I think mas matatanggap ko pa na another defective unit ang pinalit nila meaning atleast "humanap sila ng replacement" hindi yung ibabalik nila yung same item. Sa tingin ba nila hindi ko mapapansin un? Haha!

Nagreklamo nalang ako sa Lazada CS. Then i explained everything. They asked if i want another replacement or refund nalang. I said refund nalang. Mamaya yung same item nanaman ibalik sakin parang naglolokohan nalang kami. I was able to get my refund narin naman
