Tinawagan ko na lang ang Lazada. I check daw nila yung sa Delivery nila. Then after one hour dumating na yung item. Sa Delivery nila na delay.

Na drop ko na LBC yun wrong item and chose replacement. Approximately ilan days babalik sa akin yun kapalit?

I returned items and specified replacement twice in the past but they just returned my payment.

The first was because the seller sent me an obviously refurbished item (instead of brand new). The second time was an item that broke down within the 7-day replacement period.

How long after you dropping it at LBC that lazada gave you the refund?

It should be specified in the warranty something like "Lazada Refund Only". I think they will give you refund even you requested replacement. What would you do is place another other if you want the same item.

They reversed the charges on my credit card even though I specified I wanted a replacement.

The items were from 3rd party sellers.

The one item that I returned for being refurbished took about 2 days. Regarding the one I returned for breaking down, I had to wait for a week then called Lazada to confirm the status. I think it somehow got stuck at the shipment hub. After the phone call, it took about 2 days for the charges to be reversed. This happened about 2 years ago so my estimated times might be off.

Kung nasa lazada malaysia yung gusto ko eh magawaan ba paraan ng lazada philippines ?

Ito kasi gusto ko.... Wala ako makita slow cooker na pure glass takip

Sa mall ang available puro may metal sa gilid tapos yung plastic handle may turnilyo at plastic washer sa ilalim. Ayoko mag slow cook ng ganyan kakatas yan sa sabaw ko.

Minsan electronic items ng lazada masyadong mahal compared sa mall.. bumili ako ng heatgun sa mall for P1400 pero ang same model sa lazada nasa P2300 may shipping fee pa na P119
