Received 2 of 3 ordered items last week. Got an SMS saying the 3rd one is on its way.

Still waiting for an item I ordered last Dec 15 that was supposed to be delivered on Jan 6. I got an SMS last Jan 6 saying it was out for delivery already. Will see what happens.

This is the first time an order was delayed. Most of the time it arrives earlier than expected even those that come from abroad.

We also received an item that looked way different than what we ordered. Good thing it was just wall decor and it wasn't that expensive so we just used it.

One day delayed yun first order ko. But it's LBC's fault.

Kaya natutuwa ako kung sa Lazada Express napunta ang shipment. Kumpleto email and text. One time 7AM nagdeliver na. May isang order ako dumaan sa ibang shipper parang normal pedestrian lang na biglang kumatok sa gate at inabot ang package.

Anyone tried to return their items to lazada? I bought a gaming keyboard and the wasd buttons are not functional but the rest of ghe keys are working.

I returned a portable dvd player. You just have to drop it off at any LBC branch. I opted to have store credits as I needed to buy something else from Lazada.
