Ganito na ba lahat ng lazada? I ordered ₱28 x 4 and only 3 arrived. I didn't took a video so I just accepted it and will just post a review.

Parang hassle naman kung lagi ganito. It's not easy to open a package with one hand. I have to buy a tripod or wait for a family member to do the video. Attachment 44283

Bro ako sa harap ng nagdeliver ko binubuksan at siya pinapahawak ko ng phone. Hindi ako pumapayag na inote niya na delivered na unless mabuksan sa harap ko. Nasa loob naman ng gate kaya safe naman CP ko imho hehe.

Bad trip lang ako sa Lazada at Ninjavan kasi may isnag order ako na hindi na gumagalaw yun tracking, shipped naman pero parang sobrang tagal ngayon ng delivery nila. Expected June 25, hanggang ngayon wala pa.

Tao bao or China ba galing? May ganyan order ako, almost a month dumating. Ok naman ang item, kaya bumili kami ulit, ganun talaga, ordered May 14, delivered June 8.

Tao bao or China ba galing? May ganyan order ako, almost a month dumating. Ok naman ang item, kaya bumili kami ulit, ganun talaga, ordered May 14, delivered June 8.

If may daya talaga sinend na item and similar situation, I will report it to DTI na, then inform Lazada to process refund while reported na din to DTI.
May abiso na ang DTI na hindi dapat i require customers sa abala to capture video para lang ma refund if defective ang product.
Dapat din i report para hindi maglipana mga ganitong sellers.
I understood may scam din from customer's side but it's lazada's side na on how they will resolve this.
Sa batas daw under DTI, customers are not required to show proof of video for asking refund.
Basta maipakita daw na the received product is indeed defective.

Need to spend more than 1k para ma take advantage mga 10-20% na vouchers.
If may cashback, mas better pero hindi ko masyado nagagamit cashback ni Lazada.
May expiry date kasi, lagi nag eexpire mga cashback discount ko sa lazada.

If small and mura na items, mura pa rin shopee due to shipping fee discount na at least P70 compare kay Lazada na usually P40 lang shipping discount.

Yan din problem ko dati, ang bilis maipon ng Cashback, so ang ginagawa ko, pati canned goods sa Lazada na rin ako bumibili and surprisingly mas mura sya lumalabas kesa supermarket dahil sa Cashback and kasi madalas free shipping naman. So parang ine-extend mo ang life ng Cashback. Another hack is, I don't accept items na may Cashback kahit natanggap ko na. I-accept ko lang sya when I need to buy na, so ung validity ng Cashback starts from the day na in-accept mo. Karamihan sa mga items umaabot ng 3 weeks ang acceptance period.

Just filed a return/refund request for a product that came from China merchant.
May pagka scam posting niya sa Lazada.
I am trying to order acrylic transparent fully enclosed shoe box.
Every images posted is what I was expecting when I ordered.
Maraming variant to choose depending on how many layers.
Yun pala yung variant na yun is not the same with the advertised images and videos.
The box of layers is not fully enclosed pala, i dugtong mo lang top and bottom.
Parang shoerack yung pinadala.

COD pa naman, sayang lang since to lazada wallet bagsak ng refund.
What surprise me was that I thought the seller will request me to return back the item.
Automatic pala refund yun and the item is now mine.
