Ano yung sablay na items po?
If COD, hopefully mabilis refund, mas madali refund if using lazada wallet.
Not sure how long if its via COD or credit cards.

My experience with shopee for refund request because mali color ng item na sinend.
Then base sa comment, dami na palang reklamo similar situation.
So they refunded me right away via shopee pay without requiring me to return the items.
So may free items na ako at refunded amount at the same time.

Both of them ayuz na. I was refunded via Lazada wallet kanina. I sent them through j&t express even though Lazada delivery Ang naghatid sa Amin.

Madali nga Lang pala bro. Helpful din iyong mga tiga j&t express nung pag drop-off ko nung mga items.

And mabilis Lang din Ang pag refund via Lazada wallet. 3 days Lang ata inabot even though 2 different sellers sila.
