LAZADA SCAM ALERT

this is from 1st hand experience.

beware of COD orders that are suddenly "out of stock" after you put the order. i believe this is perpetuated by a syndicate inside LEX, lazada's delivery service. the scam goes like this:

1. you make a COD order, the order is accepted and processed.
2. after the order is cancelled by the seller as the item is out of stock. the transaction record is then erased from Lazada's system.
3. a few days later you get a text from LEX that your order is being delivered. as a decent person you do not want the seller to lose money so you accept the delivery and pay for it.
4. on opening you find something very much different from what you ordered. at best it will be a fake item, not what was advertised.
5. you try to get a refund but Lazada will not process it because there is no record. remember the transaction was cancelled in their system.

why is LEX people my prime suspect? they advertise, they cancel, they know where to deliver, they know it is COD, they take the payment.

another hassle free lazada return (that's why i don't use shopee)

item from china arrived today around 1pm. wrong specs. i clicked return and printed a return label. i dropped it off at LBC around 4pm...

i got SMS just now (around 6:30pm) that the refund was credited to my laz wallet

Ganun din naman sa shoppee pag galing China, hinde na nga actually kailang a return yun item, refund din nila agad yun pera.

Never pa ako magka problem sa return sa shoppee
