Ung profile mo dito ay detailed, work exoerience at skills, pwede mo din ilagay na you are available for employment.

Sa CV mo naglalagay ka ng mg 3 reference, pero sa isang hr or headhunter magagamit nya na reference un mga contacts mo, most probably one or more of your contacts ay kilala din ng hr.

Noon, by invitation para magkaroon ka ng account sa linkedin, at meron ka lang number of invites na pwede gamitin, you have to pay a fee if you wish to expand your contacts.

headhunters / company hr search by industry and job description.. tapos from there pwede nila mabasa summary of qualifications mo and they can email you directly..

From the sound of it mas exclusive ang linkedin compared to other job sites.

Lesson learned, never provide an impression your taking any job for something that is not your worth. In the end you'll be disatisfied with the pay-effort ratio.

In cases like this just politely decline (or some would say make an alibi).
