    My business here in the province makes volume purchases for Philips, Toshiba or Osram ballasts for our own consumption.

    Lately there seems to be a sudden spike in prices here so I'm trying to source from direct distributors or suppliers who can give me wholesale rates.

    philips, try looking sa white pages cocolight trading
    toshiba, carlson trading( direct importer ng toshiba and akari)
    osram, rockform marketing.

    try talking to them and getting the wholesale prices on a cash term, once you've built your credit, im sure they will be able to give you terms. good luck.
