IMO equal sharing dapat.. Kung kasama ka sa Lahat lahat pati operation, planning, construction etc...

Typically 5% ang bigayan sa middle man eh, pero in your case may extra mile ka pa other than just referring them. I guess you should be able to negotiate for more.
Pero kung tatlo kayong middleman, hati lang kayo dun sa 5%+ na yun.

Sa Amin 10-20 % depende sa project puede rin mag over pricing. Maganda maging vocal ka how much ang % mo, kaso bka ang project cost ex. 1m bigyan ka Ng 5k pampalubag loob malungkot yun di ba?

Middle man get a 10-20% share of the contract value? hell no. thats the margin of all our contracts. how can my business float if all the profit just go to a middle man?
