20k ang average sa IT??? Holy crap!!! I'm paying people too much! I have people in my payroll from 9k to 27k. Office admin to progrmmers. As far as my salary... That's a ZERO!!! I just moved back and started 2 companies, everything is going out.

Actually with the type of people that post in this forum, medyo mataas if you do a survey. But majority of the workers locally get paid just barely over the minimum, with no Internet access at home, without a computer at his desk both at work or at home...
