with my profession its different, my salary depends on the projects im handling..its relative.
as an architect, we are allowed to charge, as per UAP Documents, percentages on the total construction cost of the projects...for example, a house that might cost you 4M to build, the book says we should charge 10% (minimum) as our professional fee, but most of us dont follow these parameter, we set a much lower bracket for the client to afford, say 5% of total cost. and thats for residentials and the like.
its another story for 9 more other building groups..from urban planning to cemetery to skyscrapers..hahahaha
the catch is...how to get these clients..
