June 27th, 2007 07:43 PM #13Hi, newbie here...I guess this is a new scheme to lure those who want to make easy money. My boss has also invested on something like that, something to do with swiss cash i guess it's a new trend similar to forex. Hmm...in any case, I'm not taking chances...But then again, we'll never know until we try..

June 28th, 2007 06:46 PM #15Yes I am getting it this monday, actually $390 sa monday.
Dun na ko sa within 1 year at least kikita pa ko, after that then tapos na but I got enough savings na :D
You just have to know kung sino mga kasama mo, kasi alam ko yung iba inuutakan kahit mga kaibigan.

Question po: How are you getting your investment profits back? Will it be personally handed to you by your upline? In US $$$ din ba? Bank transfer? Check (pay to cash? or in your name?)

June 28th, 2007 08:07 PM #17MLM, or Multi-Level Marketing is a distribution setup meant to encourage people to sell the products of the parent company, like Forever Living, NuSkin International, Legacy, etc. etc.
It's not pyramiding, like what SMFund, FrancSwiss and other website-driven "high-yield investment companies".
MLM is legal, pyramiding is not. Why? Because in MLM, the "main objective" is to push the products through direct selling. The loophole here is that when you recruit other people, they need to buy some goods as a startup package for them to sell, which is counter by the company as sale (even if the member did not get to sell the products. remember what they say >> pag di mo nabenta, edi personal use na lang.)
Your SMFund just gets money from "investors" then use that money to pay off people up the chain. so when noone is recruited, the pyramid fall down.
Basically, your "earnings" are other people's hard earned money down the pyramid level. Can you stomach that?
Congratulations, you just ripped someone off.Last edited by torque2006; June 28th, 2007 at 08:11 PM. Reason: grammar
