invest in enterprises, small as these maybe, that can give you a return on your money of at least 10%

at least it is better than what banks or the money market will give you

problema lang is identifying these enterprises and the trust worthiness of those running it

Yeah, Chic Boy got a good formula. Affordable price, refillable rice, and the usual food Pinoys will look for.

*oliver1013, did you check with PCSO on how much is needed and what's the time frame of getting your own lotto outlet/franchise? Stake out the locations being sold to you and observe traffic flow over several days (both working and non-working). Can this be transferred to other locations? Look also at what are the other franchise or investment options you have for the same 500K. Looking at the returns for 500K, it is better then just having it sleep in the Bank but of course you treat that 500K as money you can lose since it will be placed in for investments and that you have to keep an eye also on your outlets should you get it.

Plus the franchise fee is just P20K if I'm not mistaken since plan din yan nug kaibigan ko. P500K medyo mahal nga pero if guaranteed yung P20K net profit per month, 25 months or 2 years is not a bad investment to recuperate the P500K straight up.
