Was just thinking about this when i was eating at Chic Boy last Friday night.

To me, a lot is the acumen of timing and market. I know of someone selling hotdogs in a palengke every morning and all she did was to give pay gratuity to the person handling the market to keep other similar vendors out. She's raking in good cash on a daily basis. On a larger scale, the businesses i know that are doing extremely well are those who got in at the right time, with the right financial support (if you can't pay, its better to not play). Most of these of course, are ran by Chinoys.

Timing and captive market is something a lot of us Pinoys don't have. Go to a residential area and what do you see, 10,000 sari-sari stores, 5,000 pedicabs, 1,000 water stations, and the partridge in a pear tree. The practice is to follow whats "patok" so in the end, the market is diluted, walang kumukita... next business.

IMO, one good way to start is to travel and be very, very observant of trends both locally and abroad. That's one reason why all my businessmen clients before were always out of the country (US, China and Middle East); not for leisure but to find business trends, suppliers and partners.

Gaya-gaya mentality eh. Tamad na din mag-isip ng bagong racket! Hindi nila naisip na in the end, parehong malulugi kasi liliit returns.

Opinion niyo nga mga tsikoteers, binebentahan ako ng 2 lotto outlets package deal, gusto ng seller P500k, pinagaralan ko yung kita for the past 2 years, nasa P20k per month neto for both (combined na). Ok kaya yun?

In essence P500k for something the will give a P20,000 more or less monthly return? Any better options out there?

kasama yun property or rights lang sa lease? parang mataas yata since hindi naman ganun kahigpit ang pcso sa application ng lotto outlet
