DO we really need the Gold card? aside from the higher credit limit and mas prestigous color ng card . whats are the other advantages of having Gold?
may promo citibank upgrade to gold waived ang first year, kaso ang mahal ng annual fee 2,500 compared to 1200 lang sa silver. credit limit naman ng silver is above 70k narin mataas na masyado for me.

Well if your not a heavy user the Silver will do. Now if your a heavy user you might want to consider the Gold (40K and above ave monthly bill), aside from the "prestige" kuno, you get more benefits like Asia Miles points, discounts, freebies, etc.

The card cannot be applied for; it is either proffered by AmEx or it is not. As to how the company decides whom it should offer the preferred plastic to, according to American Express their applications for Centurion cards are generally provided to customers who annually charge $150,000 or more to other AmEx cards. Centurion cards are not offered to anyone who has been a cardholder for less than a year.

Pag GOLD, medyo sikat ka. Pag SILVER, okay lang. I would opt for silver. Pero kung bibigyan ka ng GOLD even without asking for it, just like what BPI did to me, tanggapin mo na rin. Whatever the color, we must be very smart in using the cards.

aside from higher credit limit, mas maraming benefits and privileges ang Gold card, like insurance, double points, etc. and most credit cards waive their annual fee naman if you spend more than 150K per year.

if you're a heavy user and a traveler, you may want to get the gold. otherwise, silver will do.
Kwento ng katrabaho ko, meron daw sya officemate dati na Italiano na tinanong daw bakit...
