Step One: Know how much you spend. I'm sure you know how much you earn. But if you're not deliberate about tracking your spending, chances are you'll spend whatever you have.
Simple lang naman yung equation na kailangan mong sundan:
INCOME - SAVINGS = SPENDING
It's been said many times, many ways - Pay yourself first; live below your means; delayed gratification; and so on. I'm sure alam mo na lahat yan - ang key nalang is if you have the discipline to make the necessary adjustments.

I'm so bad at money, I don't even know my exact gross income
I used to be able to save half of my salary when all my car related expenses and credit card was still paid for by my Mom. I just use the first half salary, yung second half hindi ko ginagalaw. Pero ngayon I have to sometimes borrow money from my Mom.
My problem is I have no discipline and self control
