Tinde ng TRAIN all entry level PPV ATs increased average 150k to 200k. I was at SM kanina, the 1.5 Liter Coke is now P61 while the 2 Liter Coke is now P67.

Kumita nga kayo sa stock market, isang matinde inflation naman sasalubong Senyo.

Kaya ako nangutang na lang ng lahat bilihen ko last year, at least nasa kin na and been using it. Siguro naka 4 times na hulog na ako.

I wonder if you stock winners will purchase anything this year, or re invest nyo ulet para ma-gain in 2019 but only with more inflation. Parang nangyayare tiga-compute / graph analyze, na lang kayo, may nabibile ba kayo na talaga gusto nyo

imagine this hypothetical car buyer lets call him Denver. si Denver nun January 2017, has 1.4M in cash. and so he went to Ford Libis, and inquired about the Everest. Ford offered net 1.4M in cash if he purchased on the spot. So Denver, thinking that teka eh kung invest ko sa stock market eto 1.4M. by January 2018, I can have 1.5M or 1.6M na or like 20% profit or I lose it all. Pero why would I lose it eh paakyat ang economy ng bansa. tapos ngaun 2018 lakas stock market, let's say yun 1.4M nya nagka-earn ng 20% or like 240K more, so meron na sya 1.640M. eh kaya lang this January, the Everest that he's planning to buy went up 1.718M (Eve Trend) with inflation + TRAIN. so kulang pa money nya. and to think he wasted like 1 hour or 30 minutes each day monitoring the stocks on his smartphone app, reading news about the company under the stock, reading current events. siguro in the Marawi Attack, there was this paranoia and uncertainty that something bad might happen. all that roller coaster ride of emotions and analytical thinking, and come Jan 2018, hinde nya pa din mabile car nya.

Pay Yourself First. 10 years ago I was an avid reader of the stock market, particular NYSE. i was a student of the Intelligent Investor Bestseller book by Benjamin Graham. You know what they dont include in those bestselling books, the fate of the investors. what happened next, or what happened later on in their lives. yes some bought their dream mansions, and beaches, and still when they got old, they all lost it because they can't afford it, or they it went up their heads with pride the size of Death star or their children mishandled the wealth coz they were too busy playing money and had no family or quality time with the kids.

and there's this one thing na hindi ko kinalimutan sa stock market readings ko. regardless if you play stock early or youve been playing all your life. you'll get max of 20% richer lang regardless how good you are til the end. why is this so? because you dont work. you make money work for you. you profit from the labor of others, literally. 80 - 20 rule. Pareto Principle in reverse.
Yan gusto ko sayo OB eh...

he appears frozen in his decision-making, either decision being a win.
what i see is, at the rate he is going, it'd be march 2018 and he would have lost his opportunity to either.
it does not pay to be too greedy.
