Ang free sa Metrobank for 3k is personal pizza from Greenwich. Am glad tapos na yung promo. Purgang purga na ako sa pizza hehe.
It takes me a year or two to get anything decent from points. Wala din kasi akong mapili sa rewards catalog nila.

June 14th, 2017 06:23 PM #193Kaisa isang luho ko ay gadgets. Good thing i'm not the type of person na even gadgets may sentimental value. Kaya naman para i can play around with new toys nagbuy and sell ako. Buti na lang madali magsawa ang Singaporeans so palagi akong bantay sa buy and sell sites to buy second hand units. Sometimes i can sell it higher kumita pa at the same time napagsawaan ko na din.

June 14th, 2017 06:58 PM #194para makatiped kayo magpapayat kayo, kasi pag payat ka madali makahanap ng sale rTW sa malls, kasi karamihan ng noypi out of shape so yun mga small xtra small sine-sale. pati sa shoes ganun, yun mga fitting sa papa lagi naka-sale, yun mga barko yun mga tig 4k up yun
sa pagkain, mag-juicing kayo to kill those cravings tastebuds, para ang kakainin nyo na lang kaunti and also mapapansin ayaw ng cravings nyo sa sugar and oily foods, pag lagi kayo nag-juicing
sa cars, mag-aral kayo ng youtube so that most repairs can be supervised by you pag dinala nyo sa mechanic. as well, it's best training for you to source out the parts for yourself, wag umasa sa casa. ang casa ngaun parang gadget repair shop, grabe makasingil bile ka na lang ng bago

When we go to pot lucks, we bring empty Tupperware containers with us. Most people don't want to bring back home the food they brought. So, we help them.

I buy in bulk whenever there is a sale, but just enough for 1 year supply. Like Breeze liquid detergent at half price. BDO rewards huge discount offers at Watsons.
We gas up at the cheapest gas station. If they are all the same, we choose Caltex, they offer better rebates for gas, P10/1k vs P4/1k of Shell and Petron.
Also like badkuk, we keep the extra condiments from fastfood stores, because of this we rarely buy catsup. The plastic spoons and forks we did before, but we realized we had accumulated so much than we needed, we threw it away.
I also buy cheaper items in the US, like vitamins, laptop, etc,
We stopped buying those bargain hotel staycations online.

I used to buy everything in bulk too, until I noticed the shampoo we get locally in bigger containers are a lot more fluid, or seems watered down. Also noticed people in the house tend to use bigger portions when they come in big containers.
Now I limit buying in bulk to things that can't be watered down, like toilet paper.
For clothes and shoes, I almost never buy anything except if it's on sale.

I'm also not the trendy type. I don't buy the latest and greatest just for the heck of it.
A digital camera typically lasts 9 or 10 years. The only reason I buy a new one is because something breaks with the camera.
The iPad Mini 2 that was a hand-me-down from my kid dates back from 2013(?) The battery life is still at least, 10 hours. The UI is responsive. Its apps refined. The Web surfing is outstanding, as is the playback of videos. It takes decent-looking photos even if they're not 4k. I don't see any reason to trade it in for a new one.
Phones? I still make do with my $19 Samsung flip-up phone.
TV? We keep ours until they break. We still have a CRT TV at home. We don't replace the 720p and 1080p LCD TVs with 4K until they quit working.
But.... Electricity? No dice.
The wife has two full-sized refrigerators plus a full-sized standing freezer going. Add the TVs, satellite boxes, computers, laptops, plus the central air conditioner with its blower and our electric bill is pretty high.

I agree with this. Make sure to allot money for saving first
before doing any expenses. I also follow the 30-day money challenge.
The idea is to deposit money corresponding to a number of days.
