Been to same kind of company, di nagbabayad ng SSS, late ang sweldo, minsan 50%, pati mga bank loan ng employee eh nababawas sa sweldo pero di binabayad sa bank. What my co-employee did is file a case sa NLRC, filed a resignation letter with notorization. Then bargained with the company. The deducted payments that didnt reached the bank and SSS na binawas pero di binayaran eh mas bigger deal kaysa sa 30 days notice. Kaya pumayag na lang ang company.
Try that, lagyan mo ng pangil ang resignation letter mo, pa notorize mo, kung kailangan consult a lawyer.
