although am from Prudentialife, I can also vouch for Philam. pareho namang ok. magkakatalo na lang sa agent or manager na kausap mo when getting the plan. kung kilala mo mas ok, at least you have an additional back-up / clout should a problem arise.

AFAIK, P2B ang trust fund ng Prudentialife. Prudentialife also has one of the highest trust fund percentage, at over 60% of the client's payments.

    very informative discussion!

ok ba ang Sunlife? Mutual Funds are dependent on the stock market, right? so pag bumagsak ang economy/stock market, puedeng matalo o mabawasan ang capital mo, right?

    thanks.

technically, they are tied-up. but the funds that are invested in mutual funds are invested in diverse so that only part of it goes to the stock market, part of it goes on capital investments, part of it goes into FX and part of it are invested in bonds. so that if the stock market goes down, although somewhat it is affected, in totality, hindi sya biglang bagsak.
