Kaya inexample ko yung sun residence kas walang katabi at dami umuupa because of UST at reasonable pricing.

12 to 17thou studio unit sa 4 students not bad. Hindi nababakante. Ang masaya nabili mo 9years ago ng 1.4milyones.

Ang nakakapang-hinayang sana dinagdagan pa namin. Dat may choices ka pa na bare = 900thou!!!! Imagine 900thou studio unit. Eh ako na magpatiles at kisame katabi lang si wilcon quezon avenue.

Naisip ko nga kung may foresight lang ako dati eh pwede ako umutang sa bangko tapos kunin namin isang buong floor. Chayang talaga !!!! Kung 24units eh di malapit na mabawi.

Parking pa pala 700thou lang dati tapos 7hou upahan. Nakakaburat isipin!!!!!

Lancaster along cavite ok ba sya?

Anybody has feedback for Lancaster new city? A friend is selling us his house na presyo nung binili nya, eh mas mahal na new unit ngayon. His house eh hindi pa nya nagagamit. I wonder it it's a good location.

Not really about Lancaster, but more of it having already a title. Grabe ang tagal mag issue ng title ng developers, based on what I read online. Ako mismo, fully paid na nung 2018, mag 4 years na wala pa title. Ok lang sana kung sasagutin ka na in process, or may update sa progress, pero wala. Walang sumasagot sa email. Nakatayo na at lahat ang bahay namin and more than 1 year na kami dito. Nakakapraning lang if something happens to me, my family is not very familiar with legal process. Developer is Empire East.

So fully paid kami last year, then they replied this year na kailangan nila ng 1 year to process our title

Pero I agree, without the condo title, we cannot use the unit as a collateral for loans.

Ok naman experience ko with DMCI. I got the titles right after all the requirements were completed. The best experience I have is with Ayala (delawan eh!) as they have a smooth process in turning over the properties and CTCs. Bonus na un nice kit. The worst is Robinson Land. 2017 pa paid in cash ang unit and parking hangang ngayon wala pang CTC.
