This looks like a really good deal nga, especially if they waive annual fees. Should've gone for this rather than the BPI Visa Signature.

Tapos yung annual fee, kelangan i-hassle mo sarili mo na tumawag para i-waive nila.

    Hindi automatic waived annual fee.

Dami pang cheche bureche sa pag-waive.

I also have BDO Platinum mastercard.

They waive the annual fee automatically if you spend at least 600k in a year.

50 pesos spend = 1 point sa BDO Rewards.

Tapos almost year round yung promo nila na GC's for every 3k spend.

Meron din access to airport lounges, though I have not tried this myself.

And of course, pag dating sa SM dept store spend, dami promos ang BDO (cashback, 0% installment, etc.).
Great point on the BDO card. Every time there's a 3 day sale in SM, they get an additional 10% off. I used my mom's BDO card when I bought luggage and home appliances before to avail of the 10% discount. Come to think of it, that alone is bigger than most of the rebates you get from other banks for a year.

If you buy 50k worth of stuff in one 3-day sale in SM, that's the equivalent of getting a 1% rebate for 500k worth of annual spending.

I still have bdo's gold master and visa that's annual fee free for life.

    Others are citibank and HSBC.

Never na ako nag change nor planning to replace them.

I only have BDO Visa credit card (colored gold) na hindi ko naman inaplayan hahaha. Pinadala lang bigla kasi sa kanina kami nag auto loan. Ginamit ko na lang and no problem naman for almost 9 years na ata. I usually request for waiving of the annual fee na lagi naman approve. BDO also sent me an AMEX card na ni-deadma ko na lang kasi basic lang naman needs ko for credit cards (i.e. ndi ako lumalabas ng bansa).

I am a supppemntal card holder of citibank also. Pag gusto ko si misis magbayad, yung gingamit ko hehehe

Hinde ka ba free annual fee lifetime?

If 9 years na, dapat "founding member" ka meron nakasulat sa baba ng name.

Mukhang di mo naman habol yung card with the best perks. Ok na nga yung waived annual fee for life kung gusto mo lang walang hassle.

Ganun ba sir? I'm also a preferred client, ma bisita nga ang manager hehehe.

May free lounge access nga ba sa airport? Or is just 1 free pass lang?

How does the points for Mabuhay miles system work? We just purchased a round-trip ticket to the US using BPI gold MasterCard.

35 pesos per BPI Rewards Point. 5 Rewards Points per Mabuhay Miles. So net, 175 pesos per Mabuhay Mile.

Manila to LA is 32,000 miles, one-way. So you've spent around P11M to earn the free round trip, unless you have miles multipliers from BPI promos.
