    I am planning to let go of my computer rental shop because I do not anymore have the time to properly operated it. My time is mostly taken with the family business.

    The shop includes the following:
    - 21 computers with a mix of 15 & 17 inch monitors (each with table & chairs)
    - 1 inkjet, 1 laser printer, 1 fax machine and 1 photocopier
    - 2 aircon units (split type units)
    - evaporative air cooler
    - shop space is 35 square meters with toilet
    - with working phone & DSL connection

    It is located in a small commercial mall along Anonas St near corner Aurora Ave in QC.
