it just means, the priority of spending is on the projects, not on office supplies.
let it go, ang mahirap, binabawasan benefits nyo, o the worse, may pay cut, or retrenchment.
ika nga, if you can beat the heat, then time to leave.

June 23rd, 2017 04:15 PM #72Bumping this thread:
Aside sa mga bpo companies na possible lipatan.
Age 36s
Non-IT,
Non- managerial
Experiences:7 yrs non-voice sa bpo, office admin works and Abroad 2 yrs office staff.
Hindi macoconsider experienced sa bpo sa ibang field diba.
Saan kaya ok mag career shift: self employed? Or stick sa non- voice bpo.

June 27th, 2017 11:17 AM #75College grad: bscs
Expertise: desktop / word processing
Planning sa web mag enroll mga refresher or short course.
Sa ibang industry ata 25s preferred. At 36s sa pinas challenging na mag job hop or mg shift career. Stay sa. Sa nonvoice bpo save and have business on the side.

It's hard to switch industries if you have a generic course and over your 20s.
If you're a CPA or IT specialist, it's probably easier. My former supervisor is a board placer, he's jumped from audit, cement, banking, FMCG to liquor industry.
But there's no harm in trying Why not send out your CVs while in your current job?
