    ako rin naghahanap...

    it's weird kasi eh. when i was a fresh graduate, a lot of companies before and until now eh hanap nila experienced IT or techie person.
    what the...?

    eh panu nga ako makakapasok sa IT-industry company eh wala nga akong experience. lahat ng naghahire kailangan may experience na ang applicant - 1 or more years. wala naman yatang company ang naghahanap ng plain skilled person....really weird. tuloy call center bagsak ko...

    I understand na stressful narin magtrabaho sa panggabi. Pero tama rin yung sinabi ng ibang forumers. Sa panahon ngayon mahirap mamili. Stress is everywhere, siguro it's how you handle it that matters. Ako, I have to admit, stressed din ako sa trabaho, pero pag tinitignan ko yung bills ko, naiisip ko na nagpapasalamat na lang din ako for the 25% night diff I get from Ascend Asia. Di tulad sa dati kong work, same sweldo pero maliit lang night diff.

    My company gives 30% night diff, but sometimes, nakakasawa din sa gabi, when i was assigned back in Eastwood, i envy those people who go on gimiks every weekend. Our offs are dynamic, and schedules are always subject to change the last minute. For non-call center people it may look like it's easy, there's a reason why my company gives 20k to starters. Its a challenging job and you always get the urge to give up pag newbie ka. On the other hand, i was able to get own ride in a little over a year which is also possible but rare for regular daytime jobs if your just an average joe like me..

    be patient bro.
    isipin mo nalang lagi, madami naghahanap ng trabaho at swerte ka dahil meron kang trabaho.sabi mo gusto mo ng iba, well, dapat competitive yang resume mo.

    magkano ba yong sinaasbi mo na swak na sahod?ano ba talaga skill mo para e hire ka ng isang company na nagbibigay ng 'swak' na sahod?
    you have to consider din na pag nag apply ka ulit, back to square one ka, not unless may open manegerial position na magsaswak sa skills mo.

    sa panahon ngayon di porke college grad ka sure job kana.
    sa pinas 2 lang kailangan mo to have a job;

    a) knowledge (experience, skills etc etc)
    - minsan nga dipa nahahire mga yan

    b) KAPIT (suntok sa buwan ang alam, though yong iba me talento naman)

    Di na nag reply yun thread starter. Anong trabaho ba yun di stressful ang environment. I guess kahit taga timpla ka lang ng kape pwede din maging stressful kung madaming nagpapatimpla.
