    BPI and SBC's issues are both caused by "bugs of newly installed software".
    I don;t know the reason for those bugs...maybe lack of QA, review, etc.
    No fraud or whatsoever.

    come on, every IT practitioner knows that a new software is tested several times in a test server which is a mirror of the production server.

    Agree.
    And every IT practitioner knows that there is no perfect and bug-free software.
    Realistically speaking, it's difficult to think of and test ALL possible scenarios that may happen in production.
    And there is also the human error factor. Maybe on the deployment process, database part, network issues, etc.

    Mabibigat scandal dinaanan ng ayala group....and very very very very bad public relation lalo na yung vice president/spokeperson. Ang taray ni lolah sa tv pag nastress....

    Remember the glorietta bombing or fire ba yun.......Hindi na sila nakabangon up to this time. Kasi paano babangon eh biglang may mall of asia pa so lipat na common filipino mall goers.......

    If not for trinoma it will be sm vs robinsons..

    Kahit honda cars ayala group bagsak din....... If you live from the south why dayo honda spa tandang sora quezon city for maintenance..... dulo sa dulo yun....

    called up BPI, may mga successful transactions:



    Dineactivate na yung card niya

    Hopefully ma-reverse yung fraudulent transaction
