but..
90% of their atms are "ncr". source tells me they aren't in the cloud yet? if the atm firmwares are infected, even if they're on the cloud its gonna take weeks fix...

Yup, it seems that is the best option right now, you don't need it anyway, at least not right away. I was thinking the same, a 6 months or 1 year TD. In case you need it, early termination na lang, halos quits lang yan sa interest and penalties, and halos pareho lang sa SA na almost nil ang interest.

Are you waiting for decent interest rates to come or the next market crash?

may 2 x 10000 withdrawals sa checking account nuong Jun 9. Pero nagkaroon din ng 2 x 10000 credits.

Yung ibang accounts hindi naapektuhan.

Kung nakakapag withdraw na feeling ko ok na yan. Data fix na lang tingin ko ginagawa nila. Hindi naman ata system talaga nag ka problem. Sabi ng iba wrong file na gamit sa input. Previous file ata. So nag double posting. Ayaw lang pagalaw yung accounts siguro talaga before para hindi mahirap i backtrack.

Para lang mahirap ireconcile yung data processing error mentioned in the press release versus the actual results posted by some.

Maliit lang kasi difference between TD and SA, kaya walang motivation lumipat, pero kapag may ganitong glitch problem, parang nakaka insecure kung nasa SA.

You can try Security Bank ... they have a High Yield Savings Account and an eSavings account that can give 1.0-1.2% interest ... plus you can withdraw once a month or once every quarter ...

3M will also qualify you for Gold status which allows you to have ATM withdrawals from any bank free of charges ...
