BPI Bank still offline, what's going on?

Mautak talaga itong BPI. Hours before start ng mga online sale (2.2, 3.3, ..., 6.6) biglang magme-maintenance. No way to cash in from apps like Gcash, Grab, etc.

The more users nga naman ang magsabay-sabay mas malaki ang chance na magka-problema sila.

Or maybe they're forcing people to use credit cards instead of cash or debit.

What the hell is wrong with BPI's technology? They really need a new IT team. This is the second time that my online payment wasn't posted. Good thing I checked, otherwise baka naputulan kami MERALCO! Alam ko mabilis magputol MER unlike phone, water and cable na they don't disconnect even if you miss one month

Mas gusto ko BPI up until the mid 2000s. Madali kausap, walang hassle, bank anywhere.

Pero when their president was changed after montinola, downhill na ang services and became unreasonable. Konting galaw may fee. Tapos interbranch transactions may fee. Withdrew and deposited dollar to a dormant account... May fee uli.

They’re one and if not the biggest bank pa naman.
My friends are complaining about their transaction fees. Ikaw na nga magbibigay ng pera sa kanila, may fees pa.
Pero dahil sa dami ng branches kaya convenient daw
