Kapag naka graduate ka na sa panganganak, ito mga next expenses mo

    1) milk - kung hindi makapag produce naturally ang mother, ito ang mabigat na gastos weekly.

Can go 1,500 to 2k for every 2 weeks depende sa consumption ng baby and sa brand ng formula.

    2) follow up checkups and vaccines - vaccines starts at 1,200 to 7,000 a session depende sa klase. Kung gusto mo free, hanap ka ng schedule sa health center in your barangay.

    3) consumable baby supplies - diapers, wipes, soap

And the list goes on pero yan lang yung ilan sa basics

this is the reason why i was asking kung san gagamitin ang loan.
pandagdag lang sa monthly expenses ang amortization...

delivery varies..... mas mura ang normal kesa sa CS. sa mga topclass hospitals, nasa 60k ang normal, 200++ ang CS.
probably, you can also consider government hospitals. my sister gave birth sa OSMUN (Ospital ng Munti). Normal delivery, 15k lang ginastos including the room.

my wife naman gave birth to Makati Med, 15 years ago, CS. inabot ng 150k...

but then again, the delivery is just the start of it, the expenses are higher after birth, so if by all means, go for the Pag-ibig/SSS route kung talagang hindi kaya. You can ask for the OB kung magkano ang estimate na magagastos.. Go for lower level hospitals and as much as possible, try to borrow from relatives muna kung wala ang SSS/Pagibig. Avoid getting a loan sa bank for this purpose. Malaki ang interest.

its not that you can afford the 15k/month MA sa loans. the 15k/month, if paid by 1 year would toll you up financially.

another thing is to sell assets.
if you have a car, sell it. if you have a japorms car, sell the upgrades... go back to stock. if you have high end phones, sell it and go for something lower. if you have an expensive watch, sell it.
sorry ha? galit ako sa loans eh..... laki ng kita ng bangko dyan, wherein most starting families and young individuals do not know what they are going into.

In 5 months at 15k per month na sabi mo ay kaya mo ipang hulog sa utang, that will be 75k. Enough for a normal delivery, even CS sa ibang mid class hospital.

Wag ka masyado maging conscious sa pangalan ng hospital kung saan manganganak misis mo. Even some lying in clinics can do the job.

    Byw, saan ba lugar nyo?

Hindi naman po kami pihikan sa hospital we even consider lying in and gen hosp. Siguro wala kasi kami first hand experience since first time namin ito. Sa officemates ko ngtanong tanong ako eh 10-15 years ago pa yun baka nagtaas narin yung prices. And lastly gamit na namin ang savings namin. Share ko ulit hehe save by the bell buntis narin si misis kaya lahat regarding sa kasal is rush kaya mejo nagshoot ang gastos. Ok lang guys i respect your advice, advice is advice. Thanks guys!

Try Citibank. Your loan application can be approved within
24 hours. Mababa rin yung interest rate nila compared to others.
