^^Yeah in other words the back of the lot is facing east (or morning sun). Its rectangular but almost near a square and no hindi naman sya highest point sa Ayala Heights pero mataas na din.

Yun nga lang traffic yung entrance dyan. One solution is to use the gate near Commonwealth Ave. rather than the gate near Katipunan...

Di ba bumabaha sa Loyola Grand Villas? Kasi during Ondoy comfirmed yung Ayala Heights atsaka Ayala Hillside hindi binaha...

There are a lot of beautiful 3d model houses that are available for download for free and you can do a 3d Walkthru of the house. This can give you design ideas for your new home. Thats how I did mine. I downloaded some favorite 3D models from the 3D Warehouse of Google Sketchup, showed them to my architect, and he came up with a deisgn that was similar in theme and size to the ones we showed him. Worked out great. In fact he gave me a SketchUp file of the house we will be constructing. I want to post it on the 3d warehouse but its 40MB
    nice site sir

how about white plains, green meadows, tivoli royale? sa la vista marami pang vacant lots, though nagbaha raw sa bandang base ng subdivision malapit sa creek. pero may lots din kasi roon na located sa elevated part ng subdivision. nasa hills din kasi and halos magkatabi lang naman sila ng ayala heights. same with don antonio. cheaper pa ang lots, so marami kayong magagawang improvements sa house mismo.

Nabili na so for better or for worse (IMO better) dyan na kami sa Ayala Heights. Sa 2011 pa naman ang construction ng house kais nga 2010 is a bad year for my dad. So estimate ko 2012 pa kami makakalipat. For now dito muna kami sa tinitirahan namin. Ang tanong na lang is bebenta ba namin current house and lot namin (also inside a village) or iparenta na lang...
