18 percent per annum? Investors would be having a field-trip were it to be true. Even at its most risk of default, Greece bond yields were yielding just over 8%. Hmm, fishy.
Hmm, the first few millions at 18 given by parents to "manage", actual millions "earned" at 19 thanks to good investments on a market where the Dow stayed almost static. Currently plowing majority of the portfolio towards Banco Santander ADRs in Europe as a long-term investment.
As for liabilities, loans taken from my mother is considered as I have a tendency to hedge if I spot a good opportunity kasi. This year lang though... last year I was liability-free :naughty2:Last edited by jhnkvn; July 2nd, 2012 at 09:10 AM.

I earned my first million at age 23.
But actual first million saved/invested was at age 27 (conjugal). May paper gain na din na 500k yung 1M na yun.
I turned 27 last May.
