age 29 when I bought a 2nd hand 1st gen City (cash). It wasn't an issue with money, but rather necessity, kasi buntis na si misis. Kung hindi, taxi araw-araw pa rin kami.
Used the City for practice driving (1st time driver at age 29). Got a bnew Revo a year later, thru company loan (age 30). 58 months, 2 kids, and 30-lbs later (2 months left with the Revo payment), I'm applying for the i10 (age 35).Last edited by paolorenzo; September 17th, 2008 at 09:27 AM.

Whew, still in school at age 25. Maski gulong walang pambili.
Got to "maintain" a car (a 1993 Corolla GLi) at 26 as a "graduation gift" from my parents which I used while in training.
Purchase a second-hand car (another Corolla GLi) at 33 while already married. Resources were polled from my savings, my wife's, and credit line afforded from my mother-in-law.
Purchased my first brand new vehicle (Isuzu Crosswind) at 37 through bank financing.
I'd say a late-bloomer by tsikot's standards.
