Venom Car Alarm problem and user manual needed!

my venom alarm now has problems like yours. sometimes it will lock, sometimes it wont

i read something here about resetting the alarm system. im going to look for it.

+1 check nalang fuse muna.

yung problema sa akin, one remote is not working anymore after a change of remote battery, kahit gumagana naman yung LED. parang nabago ata frequency niya. yung isa, minsan gumagana, minsan hindi.

press Lock and Unlock buttons simultaneously, til a beep - Valet mode.
press both again to go back, Beep. (Normal Mode)

it's a sort of "Reset" for the Alarm.

I got mine solved but the problem was with the actuator. However, as i was trying to switch to valet mode. it wont work with the arm and disarm pressed together. doesn't even beep. the voice reminder to close the door and activate alarm can be quite annoying.

My venom alarm when I buy it comes w/ 2remote, the slim one and the fat one. After 2 months of my alarm installation, nagkaproblema yung fat one n remote, I need to press a button so many times before it work, or I need to press and hold it like 3-4 mins before mag lock or open ang door. Yung slim remote walang problema not until natapakan ko xa at one of the fuse inside ay nasira, and now pinagtatyagaan ko yung fat remote habang tumatagal nakaka inis na kc nagmamalfunction nga..
