Electrical problem with my alarm?

Hi sirs, I just bought a new alarm (predator) for my ride last june. But after 2 months it started to have problems. Whenever I arm it it doesn't lock and same with disarming it, it doesnt unlock the doors. When I start the engine, the doors doesn't automatically lock and after turning off the engine, same thing, it doesn't unlock the doors.

is this a problem with the alarm itself or some wiring connections?

Sounds like the wire leading from the alarm control box to the power lock is not connected properly or has gotten loose. Madali lang siya ayusin.

kung ok ung connection maybe sir ung sa power conrol box n ung may sira..... dalhin niyo nalang po sa trusted electrician or electrical shop
