the ad is accurate then? with the regular draw of 55/60w...it will produce light equivalent to 125/130w?

    tenk yu!
guys..we've been buying and selling those higher wattage output bulbs but "less draw" of electricity....

i used a pair na orig RAYBRIG from japan pa un ha....80/100 lang daw ang konsumo....at 160/170 ang output.

Bud_wiser:: Common bulbs that need cermaic sockets are H4 and HB4 types. double contact po kasi ito meaning may high and low beams. But there are also ceramic sockets available for single contact bulbs & other types of bulbs, ie; H1, H3, H7, HB7 and etc.

pparado::: Sad to admit, but yes. There is no way that a 60/55W bulb will produce more than it consumes. All those written on the box is pure marketing hype. Nasubukan ko na karamihan ng aftermarket light bulbs sa market, from Osram (OEM) to PIAA bulbs. Napabilib lang ako sa Flosser, kung ano yung nakastamp dun sa bulb ring, more or less yun din ang output. The problem is yung headlight housing di kinaya yung 130/110W, bumula yung lens sa init.

Meron nga nakapagpost ng pics sa tsikot gallery, comparing his stock bulbs with new whiter output bulbs. I'll try to find that pic and post the link here.

More than anything, its all marketing hype.

Best and cost effective lighting upgrade is to get 85/100 watt bulbs for your headlights (along with relays).

    Sirs,

Am planning on having my stock 60/55 bulbs replaced by Narva 100/90 all weather bulbs. Should I also get the wiring upgrade kit with the relays and sockets?

I'm right now using raybrig housing with poly carbonate ek-ek lens and 55/65W watts H4 philips all weather halogens. I have no tints. I (and the store) would not recommend using higher bulb wattage sa plastic lens housing. Standard ang ceramic sockets sa H4. Mayrun sa auto supply sa sumulong hiway lower antipolo.

    Bro,

Ano yung P150 per piece? Yung Narva All weather or yung narva na foglights?

Yung all weather ba mas yellow than the regular Narva 60/55? Kasi this is what I am using. Yung Nakita ko na Narva All weather almost P1k ang pair naka plastic case sya - same price for 60/55 and 100/90.

    Thanks!
