February 29th, 2020 08:57 PM #1Has anyone installed a front bull bar sa kinabit sa likod ng licence place? I want to have one para nakalagay ako ng additional fog lamps (seen a Hella Comet 550).... Should I pursue this plan? by the way, I would only use those extra fog lamps during provincial trips and heavy rains or total dark streets/roads....

You might want to start with the vehicle make/model/year.
Also, please elaborate on what you want to do.... include sample pictures or illustrations to drive your idea home.

February 29th, 2020 10:18 PM #3My ride is a Fortuner 2016 and although it has a stock fog light, I want to have another one (possibly Hella Comet 550) and install it on a "bull bar" which is like this on the link: Stainless Steel Bull Bar Type Car SUV Bumper License Plate Work Lamp Bracket Kit | Lazada PH

Those aux lamps on bullbars or rollbars are for off-roading and sports (not street-legal). Particularly in sports, they typically travel at higher-than-normal speeds, in often pitch-black roads/trails so they need all the light they can get. But if you're not trail-blazing or doing hardcore off-road stuff, there's no way your headlamps+fog lamps aren't sufficient.
Simply put, and everything else being ok, if you're having difficulty seeing at night using stock lighting, probably the main reason could be any of the following: Your tints are too dark, your eyes needs to be looked at, or your driving too fast under adverse conditions. This is just being objective, not meaning to insult anyone.
Choice I would have made as well.
