October 31st, 2007 08:15 PM #12update: well, i guess i'm scr*wed...
nag change oil ako kanina, including the filter. initially me clang sound, pero nawala siya after the next few attempts at starting. pero ayaw pa din magstart B( hindi ko na masyado pinuwersa at baka masira pa lalo.
* sir Boeing_747: wala namang diperensiya sa oil pan. it's the first time i've seen some rust on it, usually kasi covered in oil siya B)
kay sir speedyfix ko sana dadalhin, pero galing pasay pa ako e. either way...can anyone suggest a towing service? nagpamember ako sa AAP pero di ako nakapag renew last July(i *knew* that would come back at haunt me)

October 31st, 2007 08:44 PM #14me listahan ng towing services sa eyp.ph...though i haven't called them up pa. i'm guessing they're in vacation mode for the rest of the week. monday ko na sila tawagan
ewan ko lang. i doubt kung me bara. i've had the oil seals replaced twice this year, so i got a good look at the internals. wala namang sludge or anything that could clog things up.
ang biggest concern ko ngayon is baka me damage sa engine. the drive from v-mall going home is around 17km pa naman.
in hindsight(which is annoyingly always 20/20) i should've had it towed agad once nakita kong umilaw ung check oil. *sigh*

December 18th, 2008 09:23 PM #16from your description of the situation. your engine already suffered internal damage already. don't use it, have it towed to a trusted engine shop.
