the adjustable ballast are actually better than the standard ballast. . dimming is done through variable resistor only. you can lower the output at around 45 watts. less stress on the bulbs as well as the ballast itself.

hi to all. i have a bolt-on 35W bi-xenon projectors installed in my xtrail. i want to increase the intensity of the output. can i do this by replacing the ballasts to 50W? will the existing bulbs (D2h) perform well with the upgrade in ballasts? thanks

sir depends yata sa generation ng projectors niyo. if gen1, baka wala ng pagasa.

i believe it is gen 3 or 5.. according to the seller, pwede ko upgrade to 50watts yung balalsts to increase the intensity. saan pwede makabiuli ng 50watts ballasts mga sir?

if gen5, dapat malawak na yung output niya. regarding the 50w ballast, maraming online reseller diyan na nagbebenta ng ballast lang.
