For me yellow is the best fog lamps color, mas visible ang dadaanan mo kapag may fog or ulan.

I want to hear what Doc Otep wud say about your inquiry.

for me kung makakakuha ka ng casing na rainbow, un the best.. ang bulb mo ay white pero up to 5000k lang... ganda nyan for all season.

a yellow reflector/lens fog is good+white bulb is also a best combi..

pero for everyday driving (hindi maulan and no fog), visible pa rin ba yung yellow and nai-illuminate pa rin ba niyang mabuti ang road? dami ko kasi dinadaanan na wet asphalt roads and parang inaabsorb nito yung ilaw from my headlights

Yellow auxillary lamps din for me. It may not really improve the way you see (vs. the standard bulb) but it improves your visibility to other motorists (they can see you better).

Fog lamps are supposed to only see what's immediately ahead of the bumper. The beam is low and wide (to go under fog).

If your intention is for long range vision, maybe you need a different type of auxillary lamp.
