Advice on my Headlight

Guys ask ko lang po about my headlights, last year I bought a 2nd hand 99 civic, naka HID daw sya sabi nung owner, but he inform me that one of the ballast is busted, since mahal daw ang ballast my uncle decided to have it rewired para ibalik sa conventional bulbs, I don't know what brand of bulb they've used, all I know is they have it rewired di kasi ako kasama nung pinaayos iyon e saka konti lang alam ko sa car I'm just starting to learn by asking and reading on this forum, we notice that medyo malabo iyong headlight ko sa gabi at parang sabog, I will try to have my headlight clean this weekend and hopefully things will get better this time, my question is do I have to change anything else sa head light ko? Baka kasi may pinalitan pa iyong dating owner sa headlight ko that's need to be replaced back to the conventional one, It's really dangerous to drive at night. Ano po ba ang magandang bulbs baka siguro pangit iyong bulb ko. thanks.
