September 6th, 2020 05:17 PM #121Thank you sa input sir! As for selling the car, baka matagalan din, although I agree na it's the safest way.
I'll try to apply for another car loan nalang muna sa ibang bank. If hindi maaapprove, then I have no choice na yata but to wait sa casa and to convince them na total loss na yung car.

September 28th, 2020 09:04 PM #122Hello!
Apparently, BPI approved my carloan for either a Suzuki Swift CVT or a Celerio CVT. I'm a bit surprised na I got approved. Lol
So should I proceed with this? I will surrender my Hyundai Reina (still in casa) to Eastwest after.
Also, if answer to previous question is yes, should I go for the Celerio? Parang mas practical ata kasi lower monthly payments and I'm guessing lower din yung maintainance costs. Swift is smoking hot din and both cars have very good reviews naman so far (right?)

Would you like to consider the Kia Stonic, di siguro maglalayo presyo nya sa Swift, lalo na may big discount before October launch
Did some googling, Swift is 799 while the Stonic is 835 with a 60k discount ata
Pareho pang Ayala ang BPI at Kia

HAVE YOU ASKED THE BANK FOR HELP? Sa cases na ganyan the bank can help you. It is in their interest to have the car declared as a total loss. The insurance will pay the full cost to the bank, and you can still recover the money that you already paid. Go to the BPI branch where you have the loan and tell the bank manager to help you with the insurance. Kaya nila i-bully yan as they can black list that insurance company. Ang laki ng banko na kakampi mo dapat if you only went to them for help.

Also, anong dealer ba ng hyundai yan?
Ask the bank manager to call them directly to declare it as total loss. Dapat the casa and the bank magsama na ilaban yan case mo.

September 28th, 2020 10:31 PM #130I called the insurance (AXA) kanina and bukas daw yung update nila if ano decision talaga (400k+ daw yung repairs) Parang pinapabayaan nga nila, kasi walang update if hindi ako tatawag or ako mismo magrelay ng mga message ni casa to insurance and vice versa.
Yung BPI is yung bank na nagapprove sakin today for another car loan. So far ok pa naman sila sakin. Haha. Baka siguro kasi yung active account ko and yung payroll is BPI?
Also, never akong nagdefault or late sa mga credit cards, loans etc.
