August 27th, 2020 06:55 PM #173Okay. Gets na. So affidavit lang to narrate na nabaha yung kotse.
But I guess since bago, in house insurance sila ng Hyundai nung binili mo?
yung affidavit, paminsan may sample format yung insurance policy mo, or macheck mo naman online.

August 27th, 2020 07:29 PM #175i think that they are asking you to submit your affidavit of the events.
you will have to make a kuwento of what happened and why your car drowned. this narration is then notarized by you at your expense (mura lang, pexman!), and submitted to the insurance.
you are also asked to submit the OR CR and your driver's license.
the casa is the one who will communicate to the insurance provider, as to the condition of the car, kung total loss nga.

September 21st, 2020 04:37 PM #177Hello again
When I called the insurance naman wala pa daw nasubmit, baka nasa claims department pa daw. (Ganon po ba talaga yun? Or baka nagsinungaling yung casa sakin? Haha)
Anyway, if total estimated cost ng repair is 400k, possible kaya na total loss na? May way kaya para mastop muna yung payment?
Thank you again!

"In insurance claims, a total loss or write-off is a situation where the lost value, repair cost or salvage cost of a damaged property exceeds its insured value, and simply replacing the old property with a new equivalent is more cost-effective. Such a loss may be an "actual total loss" or a "constructive total loss" "

September 24th, 2020 01:46 PM #180Hello again [emoji3]
So casa called me today and asked me to submit a letter with my signature on it, stating why the claim was filed late. It will be submitted daw sa insurance.
Normal ba to?? Halos every other day nga ako tumatawag kung nakapag file na ba sila. Tapos sabi, still finalizing daw sa prices. Last week hindi ako nakatawag kasi nabusy ako sa work. Monday this week lang ata sila nakapagfile kasi tumawag ako ulit, which is more than a month na since the incident happened.
Thanks! [emoji846]
