my concern would be, as it is the gulong that seems to have taken the brunt, the car might have body alignment issues that no visit to the wheel alignment shop can fix.

if total loss, the insurance will give you the money, but they will also take your car.
i wonder, how much will they give you, if they will not take the car? and will it be enough to have the car repaired in the casa, knowing casa bills are usually way beyond banawe bills? remember that the car is new in the local market, and parts outside the casa will probably be difficult to come by.

Agree. Ganito stance ng insurance kasi alam nila wala ka depreciation na ilalabas for all the replaced parts since wala pa one year yung sasakyan mo. This is a case na mapupuruhan sila on the claim since you only pay a measly participation fee. They will low ball you an offer, have the car repaired at a fraction of the cost of the casa-quoted figure and then resell the car at a profit. Malakas motivation to do the aforementioned kasi bagong bago at modelo pa yung saskyan.

Contest the extent of the repair and parts that need to be replaced and insist on having it repaired. Matrabaho at mabusisi lang but what you want is a FAIR repair estimate that will form the basis of your insistence that your insurance takes the repair. The casa usually grossly inflates the bill if they know that it is going to be covered by insurance.

I have some idea of your damage since meron kami sasakyan na ganun din yung tama dati. Masagwa lang tingnan but it is not nearly as expensive or difficult to fix as it looks. Palit subframe, shocks, suspension bits, tapos alignment lang plus repaint of affected panels. Maski sa casa pagawa hindi dapat more than P150k.

    Basag ba yung mags mo?

Hindi ko masydong npansin mags kung basag, pero sabog ang goma eh, only worry if sa labas gagawin eh mawawala na yung warranty from suzuki kaya hanggat maaari eh mas maganda sa casa, ill wait for their offer, i already told them that i want to see first the offer before agreeing to their total lost claim

Besides, you don't sign the quitclaim until you are satisfied that the repairs were all done properly and to your satisfaction.

I think you gave up too early on the likelihood that your car can still be properly repaired. As it stands now, you are being steered to the outcome that will be favorable only to the insurance. I can guarantee you that their total loss offer will not be to your liking.

No wiggle at no kabig even sa expressway.

    Total labor: 104,899.52
    Total parts: 378, 329.54
    Total paint materials: 28,000
    Total shop materials: 4,480

    TOTAL JOB COST: 515,709.06

of course since casa to, the parts might be way overpriced. my question is, do you guys think na kaya pa to dalhin sa accredited repair shop (sabi ng insurance ko, accredited daw nila yung Technique Automobile sa Paco, Manila) where sabi ng insurance, mas madali mapalitan ng surplus yung parts so mas mura? or mag pa declare na lang ako ng total loss tapos dalhin ko sa ibang repair shop kung saan ako mas makakamura rin?

eto yung works to be done sabi ng casa:

    a) Remove/Reinstall all involved parts

    b) straighten/reform/align & weld RH Front and read door panel, LH front and rear door panel, LH Quarter panel, tailgate panel, sparetire compartment, RH gutter, RH inner rear panel, front bumper beam, rear end panel, bulkhead assy

    c) Repaint/ Rubdown repaired areas to body color, all panels

    d) rustrproofing

    e) electrical works
-replace left and right headlight assy, right tail light assy/ check and evaluate all electrical wirings and connections

    f) mechanical works
    -replace right rear suspensions

    g) Glassman works
-replace rear windshield/ pull down right quarter glass to give way to replace right quarter panel

    h) chassis alignment (minor)
    -rear

    i) wheel alignment via quick check 1350

    j) upholstery wworks
    -replace roof lining/right rear linings

    k) interior detailing with engine wash

    l) mount/dismount tires per wheel
    -right rear magwheel

    m)aircon works
    -replace AC Condenser

    n) replace radiator assy

    o) check engine performance

Sa parts, mahaba yung listahan. so ang question ko is, what's the best option:
    a) have everything repaired with Honda
    b) have it repaired to insurance company's accredited repaired shop
    c) get money from total loss then have it repaired with some cheaper repair shop?
    d) any other suggestions?
